I have been in practice with Gilbert G. Malone, as Malone & Neubaum, since 1982. We have over 60 years of combined experience in the civil and criminal courts of York County, Pennsylvania. We are a general practice firm that emphasizes client contact. You will have access to an attorney when you call or email.
My main practice areas include real estate, family law, estates and wills, and criminal law. Our firm has a practice specialty in municipal and zoning law.

In criminal law matters, I handle those brushes with the law that most impact our client base, traffic tickets, underage drinking, drunk driving, and other minor criminal charges.
We have an excellent staff at the firm, which can assist you when I cannot. My fees are generally based on an hourly rate, though flat fee rates are available for some family law, real estate, and estate matters. I handle matters in York, Adams, and Cumberland Counties.
